Questions

Questions committees ask us

Do owners need to install anything?

No. Nestie opens in any phone browser, and owners can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.

Does Nestie collect the money?

No. Money goes straight to your association's own bank account or to the watchman. Nestie records each payment and gives a receipt.

How do UPI payments work?

The watchman can show a QR for your society's UPI ID. Owners can also pay by UPI from their own login and send the UTR, and the coordinator confirms it against the bank account.

Who can see our apartment's data?

Only people your association adds, after they sign in. Each apartment's records are kept separate, and finished payments cannot be quietly edited or deleted.

Can Nestie the AI Secretary make mistakes with our accounts?

Nestie only reads. It cannot create, change or delete any record, and it tells you when it does not have the data to answer.

We have several towers. Does it work for us?

Yes. Flats can be grouped by tower, and dues and statements work for each flat as usual.
